PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column-beam joining structure capable of reducing the responsive displacement, the responsive velocity and the responsive acceleration corresponding to the disturbance by changing the natural period. SOLUTION: When a rigidity adjusting member 38 is expanded in the axial direction of a tightening bolt 32 by the electric signal, the tightening force to a flange 163 on the lower side of a beam 16 by the tightening bolt 32 is increased, and the rigidity of a joined portion of a column 14 with a beam 16 is increased. On the other hand, when the rigidity adjusting member 38 is contracted in the axial direction of the tightening bolt 32, the tightening force to the flange 163 on the lower side of the beam 16 by the tightening bolt 32 is decreased, and the rigidity of the joined portion of the column 14 with the beam 16 is decreased.
