PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of delamination and cracks during production of a large ceramic capacitor by allowing at least one selected from the oxides and multiple oxides of metallic elements to stick to the surfaces of metallic copper fine grains. SOLUTION: The oxides and multiple oxides are preferably the ones contg. at least one of metallic element belonging to the group 2 to 14 in the periodic table in the ranges of 12 to 42, 56 to 75 and 82 by the atomic numbers. The oxides are preferably the ones of metallic elements belonging to the group 2, Y, Zr, Mn, Al, Si or lanthanoide elements. Slurry in which metallic copper fine grains or metallic copper fine grains whose surface have been subjected to oxidation treatment are dispersed into a liq. is added with an aq. soln. contg. at least one selected from the group composed of the water soluble salt of metallic elements. Next, its pH is controlled with acid or alkali, and it is stuck to the surfaces of the metallic oxides or copper fine grains derived from the aq. soln.
