PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the height of the frame body of a suspension section while securing rigidity by forming a cutout section on the lower face of the frame body of the suspension section, arranging a bottom plate on the cutout section, and faying the front and rear slant sections of the bottom plate to the slant faces on the lower face of the frame body. SOLUTION: The front and rear lower faces 11c of a suspension section 13 formed on a frame main body 11 constituting the vertical frame of a vehicle are formed into slant faces 11d inclined upward, and the suspension section 13 between the upper ends of both slant faces 11d are cutout to form a cutout section 11e. A bottom plate 15 is arranged on the notch section 11e, and slant sections 15a formed at the front and rear of the bottom plate 15 are fayed to the slant faces 11d on the lower face of the frame main body 11 by welding. An L-shaped reinforcing member 17 having an upper face 17a and a side face 11b is arranged to face the side face 11b of the frame main body 11, the upper face 17a is fayed to the inside of the upper face 11a of the frame main body 11, and the lower end of the side face 17b is fayed to the bottom plate 15 by welding respectively.
