PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely hook a movable part with the arm part of a torsion spring which prevents the rattle when the movable part rotates into a rising posture. SOLUTION: In this movable part, the winding part 32 of a torsion spring 31 is installed to the connection shaft 17 of a movable part 16 and a supporting member 15 (15a and 15b), and the arm parts 33 and 34 of the torsion spring 31 are extended to a case direction, and the tip of the arm part 34 is bent rectangular, and the bending 34a is inserted in the circular arc groove 18c of the movable part 16. As a result, the bending part 34a of the arm part 34 is made hardly removed from the movable part 16. When the movable part 16 is rotated to a rising posture, the bending part 34a is pressed by the end part 18c1 of the circular arc groove 18c, and an elastic reaction force is operated to the movable part 16, so as to prevent a rattle.
