PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a print design and an embossment perfectly matched on each of three pieces cans being manufactured continuously in an emboss processing method wherein the embossment being matched with the print design is given to a can barrel of three pieces cans. SOLUTION: This method is referred to an emboss processing method for giving an embossment being matched with a print design to a can barrel of three pieces can. In a flexure curl process, namely a pre-curling process of a blank 1, a flexure roll 4 is used as emboss forming concave, convex rolls 4a, 4b. Also, alignment of the print design and the embossment is performed by mechanically aligning a timing of the blank 1 supply and rotation of the flexure roll 4.
