PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a work time by embedding a part of a fixing metal fitting in an intermediate layer at the time of lamination of the intermediate layer to transfer to a next laminating process without using a weight at all in a reinforcing material fixing method. SOLUTION: When an intermediate layer 13a is laminated, a part of a fixing metal fitting 10a is embedded in the intermediate layer 13a to fix the fixing metal fitting 10a by the intermediate layer 13a. The fixing metal fitting 10a has a pushpin-shaped cross section and the head part of a pushpin is embedded in the intermediate layer so that the pin part thereof is exposed to the outside. An adhesive resin layer 12a comprising a polyester resin is laminated on the intermediate layer 13a and a reinforcing material 11a is provided on the adhesive resin layer 12a. Herein, the reinforcing material 11a is formed from reinforcing plywood with a thickness of 9 mm and, since the fixing metal fitting 10a is partially projected to the outside from the adhesive resin layer 12a, the reinforcing material 11a is placed on the adhesive resin layer 12a. By this method, the leading end of the fixing metal fitting 10a can be bitten in the reinforcing material 11a.
