PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a double skin panel made of a stainless steel can be easily manufactured even in a railroad vehicle body structure assembling factory, etc. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a panel made of a stainless steel, which has a double skin structure consisting of a corrugated-shape core 40, a first face sheet 44 welded on one surface side of this core and a second face sheet 42 welded on another surface side of the core, after forming holes 46 on the first face sheet and after welding the first face sheet and the core, the second face sheet and the core are welded by spot welding by inserting an electrode 52 through the holes. By this method, the face sheet and the core can be subjected to the spot welding. It is not necessary for the spot welding to perform a control with a high precision such as laser beam welding, and the spot welding is suitable for an on-site execution in a body structure assembling factory, etc.
