PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably perform upsetting of a cylinder shape with a top or the like without breaking a mold tool even if thickness of a workpiece and a material vary in a press mold for performing upsetting of the cylinder shape with a top or the like. SOLUTION: This press mold has a punch 6 for molding inside diameter of a cylinder 4a with a top, and a movable pin 2 which is movably inserted in dies 7 and 7 for molding the outside diameter so as to mold a top face part. In this case, a sub movable pin 1 is inserted in an insertion hole formed to the movable pin 2, and is pushed upwards by a spring 8 and the like so as to always form a molding face identical to the movable pin 2. Additionally, the pin 1 can descend from the molding face of the movable pin 2 due to processing load.
