PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical liquid separation membrane module suppressing the increase in the flow channel resistance caused by the depression of a reverse osmosis membrane into the grooves of a permeating water flow channel material and the deformation of the reverse osmosis membrane and capable of keeping reverse osmosis membrane capacity. SOLUTION: In a liquid separation membrane module wherein a flow channel material 1 supporting the rear surfaces of reverse osmosis membranes 8, 9 receiving the pressure of a raw soln. is incorporated, the flow channel material 1 is formed by laminating flat cloth B3 on the uneven surface of cloth A2 having an uneven cross-sectional structure and both cloths are made rigidified and the spaces formed by the recessed parts of the cloth A2 and the flat cloth B3 form flow channels not depressed by reverse osmosis pressure.
