PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock control method and a lock control system using a radiotelephone, which have excellent profitability and in which the releasing time of a lock is controlled easily and a lock system can also be repaired and changed easily. SOLUTION: The lock control method in which a radio releasing signal transmitted through a circuit connector 3 from a controller 4 is received by the radiotelephone 2, the received signal is transmitted to a lock 5 through a terminal 2A for data communication installed to the radiotelephone 2 and the lock is released is constituted. The lock control system 1 with the radiotelephone 2, the controller 4 for transmitting the radio releasing signal to the radiotelephone 2 through the circuit connector 3 and a connecting means 7 for connecting the terminal 2A for data communication installed in the radiotelephone 2 and a terminal 6 for data communication mounted on the lock 5 side is configured.
