PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sound isolation performance of a floor shock sound by providing a plurality of parallel intermediate sash bars in a rectangular outer peripheral frame, and fitting a connecting sash bar to the intermediate sash bars in the prescribed state. SOLUTION: A face plate 5 is fitted to a floor panel frame 4 suspended with a plurality of parallel intermediate sash bars 2 in a rectangular outer peripheral frame 1 to form a floor panel 6. When the floor panel 6 is arranged at a portion surrounded by girders 7, a connecting sash bar is suspended between opposite girders 7, and the floor panel frame 4 is mounted so that the intermediate sash bars 2 are made perpendicular to the connecting sash bar. Rubber spacers 9 are provided between the frame 1, part of the intermediate sash bars 2 and the connecting sash bar and are fixed by fixing tools 8, and gaps 10 are formed between the other intermediate sash bars 2 and the connecting sash bar so that the other intermediate sash bars 2 are kept in no contact with the connecting sash bar. Part of the intermediate sash bars 2 are fixed to the connecting sash bar, and rigidity can be secured. The other intermediate sash bars 2 are kept unconnected to the connecting sash bar in no contact with it, thereby a floor shock sound can be prevented from being transferred to the connecting sash bar via the other intermediate sash bars 2, and the sound insulation performance can be increased.
