PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water spray tank structure for road surface in a rolling vehicle capable of facilitating the repairing work, maintaining the quality of the surface of pavement and, at the same time, promoting production efficiency of the rolling vehicle. SOLUTION: In a water spray tank structure for road surface attached to a rolling vehicle for sraying waster on the surface of road during the work traveling, a water spray tank for road surface (right tank 21, left tank 22 and central tank 23) are constituted separately from a vehicle body 1 so as to be attached to the vehicle main body 1 in a detachable manner. The water spray tank is so constituted that it is divided in to a plurality of numbers. The water spray tank is so constituted that it is capable of being freely inserted inside of the vehicle body 1 through an opening formed in the vehicle body 1. For a direction at right angles to the insertable direction, positioning is made by an interior wall of the vehicle body 1, and for the insertable direction, positioning is made by a positioning device in the opening to fix the road water spray tank to the vehicle tank.
