PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degreasing device which is capable of preventing the leakage of the solvent vapor generated by an organic solvent to the outside and is inexpensive. SOLUTION: This degreasing device consists of a process chamber 2 having an inlet and outlet for putting in and out of a blank W to be degreased, a cooling means 3 existing lower than the inlet and outlet, a solvent vessel 10 for storing the organic solvent 11 and a heating means arranged within the solvent vessel 10 and transporting means 15 which transports the blank W to be degreased to the process chamber 2. The process chamber 2 described above has an air delivery means 4 for delivering air 6 in a position lower than the inlet and outlet 8 in this chamber.
