PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture an alloy member having partially graded composition and difficult to work due to impossibility of cold work. SOLUTION: In manufacturing an alloy member of difficult workability on the whole and of partially graded composition, a plurality of metals or alloys of the compounding ratio of the composition are used for raw powder, the raw powder is mixed or mechanically ironed to form a powder and granular material in which the metals or alloys are mixed or integrated, the powder and granular 4 material is compacted by the powder-rolling, and subjected to the non-diffusion or regulated diffusion and annealing.
