PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of showing tack-reducing effect in a short time, having improved stain resistance without impairing weather resistance and elongation by making the composition include a component having a hydroxyl group-containing polymer, a component having an isocyanate group-containing prepolymer, or the like. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a component having a hydroxyl group-containing polymer preferably being a hydroxyl group-containing polyether resin consisting essentially of a polyalkylene glycol, or the like, (B) a component having an isocyanate group-containing prepolymer (e.g. polypropylene glycol modified isocyanate, or the like) and (C) a compound composed of an organosilane oligomer preferably containing a methoxy group, an ethoxy group, or the like, in the ratio of preferably 0.5-25 pts.wt. of the component C based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A. The component B is obtained, for example, by hydrolyzing an alkoxysilane such as tetraethoxysilane, or the like, in the presence of an acid in an alcoholic organic solvent.
