<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform speed change operation in any condition of a running road by setting a target motor rotation speed proper for the condition of the road. SOLUTION: This device comprises a transmission having two or more gear ratios different in change gear ratio and a neutral position, motor driving a wheel through this transmission and a differential gear, control stroke decision means 14 deciding a speed change control stroke making a control means of the motor perform torque control of the motor and also outputting a gear switching command to the transmission, target motor rotational speed arithmetic means 13 calculating a target rotation speed of the motor from a car speed, target motor rotation speed correction means 18 correcting an output of the target motor rotation speed arithmetic means 13 from a change rate of the car speed and a time delay from the gear switching command to gear connection, and a motor control means 9 controlling a rotation speed of the motor so as to be conformed to the target motor rotation speed corrected by the target motor rotation speed correction means 18 when gear ratio of the transmission 2 is changed.</p> |
