PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing agent, a deodorizing method, a deodorizing member, and a deodorizing device capable of remarkably deodorizing a subject body without giving bad effects on environments and the human body, and a method for effectively decomposing sludge or organic matter. SOLUTION: A group of microorganisms including actinomycetes belonging to a genus of streptomyces is set as an effective component, and is favorably combined with zeolite to provide a deodorizing agent dispersed in water. By bringing this deodorizing agent to get in contact with a subject matter, favorable deodorizing effect is achieved. By bringing this deodorizing agent to get in contact with sludge and organic matter, these can be decomposed.
