<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant filter material satisfying both excellent deodorizing performance and workability by arranging a substantially spherical deodorant powder and gain material on the surface of a hot melt nonwoven fabric, and forming a web consisting of a resin coagulation part formed in the part where the hot melt nonwoven fabric makes constant with the deodorant powder and grain material and a connection part by thermal treatment. SOLUTION: A hot melt nonwoven fabric consisting of thermoplastic polyamide resin is laminated with a spun bonded fabric consisting of polyester as a support. A deodorant powder and grain material 17a that is a commercially available spherical activated charcoal is sprayed on the surface followed by steam treatment from the support side, the hot melt nonwoven fabric is plastically fused to fix the substantially spherical deodorant powder and grain material 17a to a web 15 formed of a connecting part 11 consisting of the hot melt resin and a resin coagulation part 13 through the resin coagulation part 13, and the excessive deodorant powder and grain material other than the fixed deodorant powder and grain material 17a is removed. Further, the lamination of the hot melt nonwoven fabric, the spray of the deodorant powder and grain, the steam treatment and the removal of excessive deodorant powder and grain material are performed again to provide a deodorant filter material 23 of two- layer structure.</p> |
