<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safe and low cost composition excellent in formability by blending incineration ash obtained by firing a filtered material of a cell fermentation liquid together with a filter aid such as an inorganic porous particle as a lightweight aggregate, with a composition containing granulated blast furnace slag, a water-soluble high polymer and a hardening stimulator. SOLUTION: The lightweight aggregate is blended by about 1-200 pts. with a composition containing about 2-50 pts. silica fume, 0.1-10 pts. water-soluble high polymer such as sodium polyacrylate and 0.1-6 pts. hardening stimulator such as sodium hydroxide at need to 100 pts.wt. granulated blast furnace slag having about >=200 cm2/g Blaine specific surface area. As the lightweight aggregate, the incineration ash obtained by firing the filtered material generated at the time of filtering the cell fermentation liquid in a pharmaceutical production with the filter aide such as silica gel at about >=400 deg.C and having about <=1.8 kg/l bulk density, about <=5 mm particle diameter and pH >=8 of the washing liquid is used. The hardened body is obtained by adding water into the resultant lightweight hydraulic composition and after mixing, forming and aging to harden.</p> |
