PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously, surely, and uniformly perform blest treatment such as removal of an adhered object such as scale removal, rust removal, and sand removal for small metallic products charged continuously or deburring therefor. SOLUTION: Many long steel materials are cylindrically arranged and fixed by providing slits 6A, 6A to constitute a cylindrical cage 7, and the cylindrical cage 7 is turned sideways and is supported drive-rotatively. A plurality of centrifugal projectors projecting projection materials continuously are arranged in an upper part of a central part of the cylindrical cage 7, and a spiral conveyance lead 8 is attached on the inside of the cylindrical cage 7 over its whole length.
