PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attachment/detachment and allow cutting work to be performed with one hand by providing a cutting edge serrated upward with angular depth of cuts formed at a triangular bar. SOLUTION: Spring type arms 2 are bonded to the lateral sides of a cover part 1, and a fastener 3 is fixed to the tip of each arm 2 so as to be easily detachable from a roll paper holder. The cover 1 is provided with an inner cover 5 fixed to fasteners 3 so as to be closable. A straw 6 is fitted to reduce paper resistance and thereby to eliminate rewinding. The cover part 1 is cut in corrugated shape to minimize friction with roll paper. The roll paper is passed from between the cover 1 and the inner cover 5 and cut from the perforation of the roll paper with a serrated cutting edge 4 cut in angle shape. The roll paper can thereby be cut with one hand while eliminating the waste of paper. The members fitted to the cover 1 are replaceable, so that a preferred color is selected to improve the image. In addition, multipurpose use is possible by changing the holder.
