PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching device which can reduce an aluminum foil punching cost, and effectively prevent a wrinkle generation on the foil at the time of punching work. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with two rotary rollers 12 and 14 which hold an aluminum foil between them and rotate respectively synchronizing with feeding of the aluminum foil. An upper roller 12 out of the two rollers 12 and 14 has a movable punching part 18, wherein a punch 16 is freely movable forward/backward at least from a peripheral face thereof, and the bottom roller 14 has a die part 22 on which a die hole 20 is formed at a position corresponding to at least the punch 16. The movable punch part 18 has a punch 16 being arranged in the upper roller 12 via an elastic member 34 freely movably in a radius direction of the upper roller 12, a punch stopper member 36 which is coaxially fastened with the upper roller 12 and the peripheral part thereof acts as a stopper when the punch 16 is retreated. The movable punch part 18 also has a cam member 38 being fastened with a part of the punch stopper member 36 peripheral part for protruding a top end part of the punch 16 from the upper roller 12.
