PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding steel pipe manufacturing device which can smoothly thread a material, does not generate a dent or a roll scratch on the material and does not used a labour for exchanging/adjusting a roll. SOLUTION: This device is constituted in a manner that an edge bend roll EB is made to either equip with a quick changing mechanism for exchanging a stand as a bundle, or a set of upper, bottom rolls being useful for different kind manufacturing pipe sizes; a center bend roll is made to optimize the combination of upper/bottom rolls kind and the roll supporting type; a fin-pass roll or further a squeeze roll SQ is made to equip with a quick changing mechanism for exchanging a stand as a bundle. The edge bend roll and a first center roll CB1 are driven by one driving system and the fin-pass rolls (FP1, FP2) are driven by another driving system.
