PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacture of a rubber sphere which can restrain occurrence of bare without raising manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A main body cap 4 and a front edge cap 6 are installed in a front edge of an extruder 2. The front edge cap 6 is composed of a frange part 8 and a projecting part 10. A rubber composition is filled in a cylinder of the extruder 2. A through-hole is formed at the main body cap 4 and the front edge cap 6. An inner peripheral face of the through-hole of the main body cap 4 is inclined so as to enlarge a diameter of the inner periphery toward an extruding front direction. The rubber molding body 12 is extruded from the cap then cut by a cutter, thereby a preriminary molding body can be obtained. The rubber sphere can be obtained by compressing and forming the preliminary molding body with a pair of a half metal mold.
