PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of difficulty in performing an operation of drawing a mulching film from a covering device since a space from a field surface is narrow. SOLUTION: This mulch-covering device having a rotary 10 for splashing soil, a conveyer 11 for conveying the soil splashed by the rotary 10, a dropping plate 13 for dropping the soil conveyed by the conveyer 11 on both sides of a ridge covered by a mulching film 21 and a restraining ring 50 for restraining both sides of the ridge covered with the mulching film, is provided by making the retraining ring 50 as capable of being housed by rotating it in the upper direction, also pivoting the upper part of the soil-dropping plate 13 with the rear part of the conveyer 11, joining the supporting member of the restraining ring 50 with the soil-dropping plate 13 through a joining body and also making them liftable, making the lower side of the soil-dropping plate 13 to a circular shape for fitting to the shape of the upper surface of the ridge, and mounting a separating and conveying plate 22 for distributing the soil in left and right directions at the upper surface of the soil-dropping plate position-adjustably in left and right, up and down, and rotating directions.
