PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail unit for a single rail dolly capable of making the single rail dolly run in any direction in unlimited installation style, its installation method and a curved rail used therein. SOLUTION: This dolly runs along a rail body 5 with the rotation of a driving wheel locked to the rail body 5. In this case, the rail body 5 includes a string body 6 stretched straight and a rod rigid body 10 circularly curved, the rod rigid body 10 having the end 10a connected to the string body 6 so that the driving wheel can transfer between the string body 6 and the rod rigid body 10.
