PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a resin product wherein a mold can be simplified and filling of a resin material can be surely performed. SOLUTION: In this method for preparation, a female mold 17 is covered on a male mold 16 to form a molding space and an opening part 19 is provided on the top face side of the female mold 17 and a resin material is fed into the molding space from this opening part 19 and is made to flow into the molding space by its own. wt. of the resin material and when the resin material reaches the height of the opening part 19, a reinforcing layer 3 is provided on the exposed face of the opening face to perform curing. By this method, there exists no possibility or remaining of air bubbles inside and of being short of the resin material and uniform filling can be performed. In addition, for the mold itself, whole the female and male molds 16 and 17 can be made of resin molds and molding is easy. In addition, mold registering and demolding can be performed manually and a large installation is unnecessary.
