PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket attaining a cost reduction of parts and working while good seal performance can be maintained even under the condition of high pressure. SOLUTION: This gasket 10, sealing a connection part between first/second case members 1, 2 and a connection part between first/third case members 1, 3, comprises a cylinder body 11 inserted in an internal periphery of the first case member 1 and a pair of annular seal members 12 held in annular grooves 113, 114 in both ends of the cylinder unit. The annular seal member 12 has seal lips 12a, 12b, part of one seal lip 12a is protruded to outside the annular grooves 113, 114, to come into close contact with an end face of the second/third case members 2, 3, and an external peripheral part comes into elastic contact with an internal peripheral surface of annular protrusions 111, 112.
