PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake sound reducing device of a vehicle, excellent in space efficiency and capable of effectively reducing intake sound to be generated from an intake port. SOLUTION: In a vehicle, an intake duct 7 connected to an engine intake system is vertically extended near the back surface of a cab 2, and an intake port 71 on the tip of the intake duct 7 is covered with an arm-shaped water filled waterproof cover 8. The water filled waterproof cover 8 is formed into a hollow shape, one or a plurality of through holes are provided on facing surface to the intake port 71 on the tip of the intake duct 7, and a muffler is constituted of the through holes and a hollow chamber.
