PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating and recycling method for excavated slurry capable of obtaining a large volume of treated water and further performing the separation and treatment of slurry very efficiently. SOLUTION: In a circulating and recycling method for excavated slurry in order to separate slurry into treated water and muck and circulate the treated water for using the treated water again in the excavation, a bottomless slurry treatment tank 100 is installed underwater, the slurry is discharged to the inside of the treatment tank 100, thereby settling the muck and the supernatant liquid in the treatment tank 100 is circulated for using the liquid again in the excavation.
