PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravel clean-up system caisson capable of easily adjusting clean-up capacity or clean-up efficiency by a exclusively narrow possessed area and efficiently cleaning up even when it is in seawater in the neighborhood of the bottom of the sea or even when it is in a sea area without having any tidal range. SOLUTION: A clean-up channel 12 having an inlet 12a in the upper surface, a drain-outlet 12b in the lower part and gravel filling the inside thereof is provided to the inside of a caisson main body 11a. A water supply pump for supplying seawater is provided to the inlet 12a of the clean-up channel 12 in the caisson main body 11a. Overflow walls 15 and wicket walls 16 are alternately arranged in the middle part of the clean-up channel 12. Accordingly, since the cleaning-up of the inside of a bay is executed by means of the water supply pump, the cleaning-up can be surely executed even in a sea area without having any tidal range or even in the inside of the bay to be closed completely. In that case, clean-up capacity can be adjusted by controlling the flow of the water supply pump or selecting clean-up materials.
