PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a flammable gas-dissolved oil, by which the flammable gas-dissolved oil can simply and accurately be produced. SOLUTION: This method for producing a flammable gas-dissolved oil comprises sealing a hydrocarbon-containing oil 7 in a container 6, immersing the container 6 in water 9 stored in an outer container 8, and then irradiating the oil 7 with ultrasonic waves through water 9 to decompose the oil 7 to generate a flammable gas and to obtain the objective flammable gas-dissolved oil.
