PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easy to handle and cut cost by making a through slot in the upper portion of a rod-shaped net enclosure. SOLUTION: A piece of soap 3 is dropped into a rod-shaped net enclosure from a hole 2. The upper half of the rod-shaped net enclosure 1 is hooked onto the base of a faucet, and the lower half of the rod-shaped net enclosure 1 enclosing soap is put through the hole 2, whereby the lower half containing the soap drops down and the upper half is clamped and fixed. The net can be suspended beautifully without occupying a large space. As a rod-shaped net enclosure can be suspended by itself without using a fixture, a string or the like, it becomes less costly. It can be handled easily even by an elementary school pupil in a lower grade.
