PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accumulation roller conveyor of simple configuration and easy to perform the assembly and maintenance works. SOLUTION: An accumulation roller conveyor includes transport rollers 4 arranged along a transporting path and performs the rotation and stop of the transport rollers 4 by transmitting thereto the drive force of a main drive shaft 5 at a specified timing, and therein a power transmission unit is provided comprising a roller driving shaft supported swingably near the main drive shaft 5 and driving the specified one of the transport roller 4 using a round belt 83, a follower wheel 81 fixed to the roller driving shaft 80 and capable of transmitting the drive force directly from a drive wheel 9 installed on the main drive shaft 5, and an energizing means 10 to press the follower wheel 81 to the drive wheel 9.
