PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain good image quality free from density irregularity in the case of using a product as a developing device when warpage after molding is corrected while using a multi-cavity injection mold is used. SOLUTION: A magnet roll producing system consists of a multi-cavity injection mold A, a plurality of cooling molds B equipped with recessed parts 3 provided in the same number as the taking number of molded products and having an arcuate cross section corresponding to the outer peripheral curvature of each of magnet rolls M and a temp. control means 4 controlling the surface temps. of them individually, a taking-out means 5 for taking out the magnet roll M from the mold A and a pressure contact means 6 for bringing the magnet rolls into contact with the recessed parts 3 under pressure. In this case, the predetermined region of the magnet roll M molded in each molding space 1 is cooled while the magnet roll M is controlled in temp. by the corresponding cooling mold B to efficiently correct the warpage of the magnet roll M. |
