PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a seat backward by a fixed distance by utilizing the force of a collision to remarkably mitigate a shock of the face striking on an air bag and protect the legs by installing an integrated shock receiving plate, an engine room main shaft and an interior main shaft, and fixing a set to the interior main shaft. SOLUTION: Each two engine room main shafts 2 and interior main shafts 3 are attached to an integrated shock receiving plate 1, at right and left, and stoppers 4 are firmly attached in four portions in the rear of the main shaft. A front seat 9 and a rear seat 10 are attached on the interior main shaft 3. The engine room main shaft 2 is fitted to the shock receiving plate 1, and a main shaft piston 5 is fitted to press a seat stabilizing pin 7 to the engine room main shaft 2. The shock receiving plate 1 is installed so that the main shaft piston 5 is pressed by the shock receiving plate 1 due to a shock at the time of a collision to detach the seat stabilizing pin 7 from the seat stabilizing pin fixed plate and move the engine room main shaft 2 backward, and the stoppers 4 are installed in the rear with a fixed distance.
