PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input a revolving speed value from an output side to two planetary gear constitutions by oneself, and obtain the differential motion in each rotating region of an output side by oneself at both ring gear output rotating speeds different. SOLUTION: Planetary gears in groups of two composing of pinion gears 2, 3 geared in to a ring gear 4 and a sun gear 1 and planetary gears in groups of two composing of pinion gears 7, 8 geared into a ring gear 9 and a sun gear 6 are supported on right and left parts of a planetary gear supporting frame 5. The sun gear 6 is fixed to a shaft 11, and the sun gear 1 is connected with a driving shaft 10 in an output side to drive the planetary gear supporting frame 5 of an input side in an input reverse direction. Input direction variable speed reduction driven by subtracting a distance the number of teeth (a peripheral distance) of the sun gear 1 and the number of input reverse drive teeth (a driving distance) of the sun gear 1 driven by the driving shaft 10 from an input distance of the ring gear 4 in an input of one rotation of the planetary gear supporting frame 5 on the basis of an input direction fixed rate speed reduction drive of a distance subtracting the number of teeth (the peripheral distance) of the sun gear 6 from the input distance of the ring gear 9 of a side in the sun gear 6 fixed by a shaft 11 in the input of one rotation of the planetary gear supporting frame 5 is performed, so that differential motion is achieved by the difference between both input direction deceleration driving speeds different.
