PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiating device of a power circuit for an inverter for use in an industrial vehicle such as a battery-powered forklift truck, the device having no adverse effects on the circuit such as wasting of power and frosting of the circuit, etc. SOLUTION: Temperature detection signals output from temperature sensors 9-11 are outputted to a control circuit 12, which in turn outputs control signals to fan drive circuits 13-15 to drive corresponding fans 6a or the like if the signals indicate temperatures equal to or greater than a predetermined temperature. This arrangement prevents the fans 6a, 6b, 16 from being driven before the temperature sensors 9-11 detect temperatures equal to or greater than the predetermined temperature, thus preventing cold air from flowing into a power circuit for an inverter so as to prevent frosting or the like and thus short circuits and malfunctioning of the circuit.
