PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to dry wash shorts, etc., without worrying about the eyes of other persons b providing the upper surface of a housing case formed of flexible stock, such as polyvinyl chloride or fabric, with hole parts at two points and providing the lower surface thereof with a housing art inlet and outlet port to be opened and closed by hook-and-loop fastener rails, SOLUTION: The housing case 1 of an arbitrary shape having the hole parts 18 and 18' at the two points in the upper part is formed by using the flexible stock and the lower part of this housing case 1 is provided with the housing part inlet and outlet port 16 freely openable and closable by the hook-and-loop fastener rails 15. Supporting bones 3 made of rigid blanks capable of holding the curved shape of the housing case 1 are arranged in the housing case 1 and hanger hanging rods 10 are hung via chains at both ends of the supporting bones 3. The foldable covers 2 of an arbitrary shape are arranged to cover the wash, such as shorts, put on the hanging rods 10 via hangers 26, etc. These covers are supported by detaining holding bones 5 and 5' arranged at the upper peripheral parts at both end edges thereof to the fitting parts at both ends of the supporting bones 3.
