PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion having an appropriate effect of promoting user's health by protrusions abutting to the user and an excellent cushioning/protecting effect. SOLUTION: This cushion has a cover material 10 made of an elastic material such as a knit textile with plural storage rooms 12 arranged in rows. The cushion also has cushioning members 20 and hard members 10. The cushioning members 20, consisting of net bags filled with minute cylindrical pieces made of synthetic resin, are easily deformable and stored in some of the storage rooms 12. The hard members 30, stored in other storage rooms than the ones storing the hard members 20, are hollow spheres, harder than the cushioning materials 20, and movable inside the storage rooms 12.
