PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spray coat a fastener with screw by attaching plural discharge ports, extending to a powder filling pipe in a distribution block from a reservoir, and a housing to a vibration device and communicating each powder filling pipe with each spray nozzle for transporting a powdery resin to precisely supply the powdery resin. SOLUTION: The housing 12 is attached to the linear vibration device 49 and in the housing 12, the powdery resin reservoir 18 having a floor 20 provided in the horizontal direction between a wall 22 and 24 is separately formed. Plural discharge ports 26 extended from the reservoir 18 to the powder filling pipe 44 in the distribution block 16 is attached. The flow rate is effectively adjusted by controlling the vibration level, the height of the powder in the reservoir 18 and a measuring opening of a barrier in this manner and the powdery resin is precisely supplied and measured to spray coat the fastener with screw.
