PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a suspension arm capable of being assembled easily without interfering with peripheral equipment and assuring a suspension performance. SOLUTION: A recessed part 9 where at least the lower part of a base end part 4 of a suspension arm 3 is disposed is formed in a sub frame 1 as a suspension supporting member, a pivot shaft 5 is provided at the base end part 4 of the suspension arm 3, and both end parts of the shaft are projected to both sides so as to provide a platy mounting part 6 in parallel with an axis. The mounting part 6 is overlapped, from upper side, on a mounting part 10 provided on both sides of the recessed part 9 in the sub frame 1, and fixed tightly to the sub frame 1 with bolts through these mounting parts 6 and 10 so that the base end part 4 of the suspension arm 3 can be installed on the sub frame 1 by disposing it from the upper side.
