DRILLING DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently set a drilling condition using a drill by label-dividing the movement of a drill corresponding to drilling steps, and setting a drilling condition in a label setting item according to the determination of a drilling method displayed on a second screen on a first screen. SOLUTION: This control device for controlling drilling work using a drill is provided with a storing device 36 for storing plural drilling methods and drilling specifications. Further, there is provided a screen display device 25 for setting drilling methods and drilling conditions, and a drilling step showing a hole and the reciprocation of the drill and a label setting item for setting drilling condition of the drill at every label are displayed on a first screen of a CRT 24. On a second screen, plural drilling methods and drilling specifications by each label are compared and displayed on an X-Y table. A drilling condition can be set in the label setting item according to determination of one drilling etod displayed on the second screen on a first screen.
