PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability by providing a skin material such as a fiber sheet at the position of the outer surface, exuding the mortar component of the concrete placed inside to the outside, and integrating a concrete skeleton and the skin material. SOLUTION: Main reinforcements 1 are surrounded by a stirrup 2, and insulating spacers 3 are fitted on the outside of the main reinforcements 1 surrounded by the stirrup 2. A fiber sheet 4 made of high-strength fibers such as polyvinyl alcohol fibers, polyamide fibers, glass fibers, carbon fibers or metal fibers and having tensile resistance force is extended as a skin material at the position of the outer surface, and concrete 5 is placed in it. The mortar 6 exuded from the concrete 5 surrounds the skin material and integrates a concrete skeleton 7 and the skin material. The environmental resistance force of the concrete surface is increased, and the durability of a concrete structure can be improved.
