PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet construction structure provided with a draining system to prevent the breakage of a drain trap without arranging a vent pipe by using a horizontal drain pipe of egg-shaped section. SOLUTION: A draining unit comprises one horizontal draining pipe 23 and a frame to store and hold various horizontal pipes such as the whole horizontal draining pipe 23 and a horizontal water supply pipe provided with a specified interval in the vertical direction from the whole horizontal draining pipe 23, the draining unit is installed along a wall surface of a toilet in which a toilet stool 21 is arranged, and a cylindrical water discharge pipe joint 30 extended from one side part or an upper part of one horizontal water discharge pipe 23 is opened in the toilet stool 21 and connected to a discharge port 21b of the toilet stool 21. The frame comprises an upper surface frame of the length substantially equivalent to the whole length of the horizontal water discharge pipe 23 and a plurality of longitudinal frames to support this upper surface frame and the horizontal pipes 23 such as the horizontal water discharge pipe 23, and the horizontal water discharge pipe 23 is the horizontal water discharge pipe 23 of egg-shaped section in which the radius of curvature of an upper part is larger than that of a lower part.
