PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a biodegradable composition showing a low friction coefficient and excellent wear resistance by mixing a lubricating oil with a resin composition containing a specific amount of each of a polyhydroxycarboxylic acid and a polyalkylene alkanoate. SOLUTION: A composition of the present invention contains 100 pts.vol. of a resin composition comprising 75 to 50 pts.vol. of a polyhydroxycarboxylic acid (A) and 25 to 50 pts.vol. of a polyalkylene alkanoate, 3 to 30 pts.vol. of a lubricating oil (C) selected from an ester oil, an animal oil, polyalkylene glycol and the like, and if necessary, an antioxidant, a heat stabilizer and a filler. The component A to be used is a polylactic acid homopolymer of a hydroxycarboxylic acid such as lactic acid, glycol acid and the like or a copolymer of not less than 2 to the hydroxycarboxylic acids. The component B is an ester from a dicarboxylic acid such as succinic acid, adipic acid and the like and a diol such as ethylene glycol, 1,4-butanediol and the like. An example is polybutylene succinate or the like.
