PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid radiation-curable resin composition having a low viscosity and giving a cured product of a low Young's modulus of elasticity by including a polyfunctional polyether polyurethane (meth)acrylate oligomer with a polyether urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer, an ethylenically unsaturated compound, and a photopolymerization initiator. SOLUTION: This composition comprises a polyfunctional polyether polyurethane (meth)acrylate oligomer having at least two (meth)acrylic groups as molecular terminals of the molecule and a polyoxyalkylene structure, a polyether urethane mono(meth)acrylate oligomer represented by formula I (wherein R1 is a group of formula II or III; R6 is a 1-20C monovalent saturated hydrocarbon group; R2 is a 1-4C divalent saturated hydrocarbon group; R4 is a divalent hydrocarbon group; R5 is H or methyl; R3 is a group of formula IV or V; and n is 5-300), an ethylenically unsaturated compound, and a photopolymerization initiator and has a viscosity of 500-10,000 cP (at 25 deg.C). This is useful as a cladding material for optical fibers.
