PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle component fitting structure capable of easily removing a fastening portion from the rear side of a fitting body when a vehicle component is removed in such cases as overhauling and replacement of the vehicle component in a structure where the vehicle component is overlapped exactly on the fitting body, and a fastening bolt is inserted, from a vehicle component side, into a nut body at the rear of the fitting body and fastened. SOLUTION: A vehicle component fitting structure 1 is formed so that a tightening bolt 20 is disposed in a vehicle 2 disposed on a fitting body 3 of a vehicle, and fastenedly attached to a nut body 10 disposed at the rear of the fitting component by inserting the vehicle component and fitting body. The nut body has a flange part capable of being held by a jig 31, and a cut groove 15 capable of breaking off the nut body when the flange part is held and pulled by the jig is formed in the flange part or in the outer peripheral part of the nut body.
