PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the workability for attachment of a holder. SOLUTION: A holder 1 is formed in one of inclined surfaces of its base 7 with a holding groove 8 for holding a swivel shaft of a sunvisor, and is also formed with an opening extending from the other one of the inclined surfaces of the base to the bottom surface of the same. Leg pieces 18 pierce through a molded ceiling 2 and can be locked to mounting holes 21 in a roof panel 3. Further, a retainer 15 is rotatably provided on the inlet side of the opening through the intermediary of a hinge 22., The retainer 15 can enter the opening, and can be positively locked at a position where it enters between the leg pieces 18. In the positively locked condition, the bending deformation of the leg pieces 18 is limited, and accordingly, the holder 1 is restrained from coming off from the roof panel 3.
