PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow stable power regenerative control, and enhance reliability. SOLUTION: A power regenerative inverter 6 is operated when at least one condition out of two conditions of a fixed value or more of feeder voltage Ed and a fixed value or more of regenerative current Id is satisfied by regenerative control of an electric rolling stock, the inverter 6 is stopped when the feeder voltage Ed is the fixed value or less and when the current Id is the fixed value or less, and stability is enhanced thereby compared with a conventional system where only the feeder voltage Ed is noticed, in the power regenerative inverter 6 for regenerating regenerated power of the electric rolling stock to an electric power system.
